Nowadays, more and more people are already being health conscious thus they are looking for something that they can consume to be healthy. But let’s admit, some of them don’t really taste good. There are foods that you have to endure the taste just because of its health benefits. But actually, being healthy doesn’t need to be hard to endure! Here in the Philippines, smoothies have been a staple favorite. Because of our known hot weather, people tend to always reach out for something that will quench their thirst – and smoothie is the way to go! Recently I have tried doing and drinking healthy smoothies, and not only did it give me satisfaction with the taste and chilly feeling but also the feeling of joy upon knowing that I’m drinking something that will give my health a lot of love from its benefits. The best way to know the exact ingredient in your smoothie is to make them yourself. You can enjoy smoothies by just simply blending out veggies and/or fruits! All you need is a blender, fruit and/or vegetable and a base, such as water, milk or yogurt.
